SCALA is a customizable prototyping platform utilizing machined acrylic layers that are solvent bonded together. This allows quick and easy prototyping with more realistic function to a finished device, as realisitic pressures are acheivable as compared to SLA and PSA prototypes. The clear nature of SCALA also allows full visibility into your fluidic workflow.

SCALA is fully customizable, and various integrations with other components are possible such as tube connection ports, plugs, filters, membranes, lateral flow assemblies, and PSA layers if necessary.

Prototypes can be bonded straight after CNC machining, or, vapor polishing is available for super smooth surface finishes.
